Serene was founded by clinic technology professionals who spent years inside the industry, watching the same scene repeat: brilliant practitioners delivering exceptional care, then staying back after close to wrestle software that was never built for them. Salon tools with nowhere proper to keep a consent form. Enterprise systems that needed a project manager and a year. Marketplaces that treated a carefully built clinic brand as one more identical listing.
The clinics deserved better, and the fix wasn’t another feature; it was a different starting point.
